Mr. Pachowicz is a trial lawyer. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts. As a former Senior Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Pachowicz prosecuted all types of cases from DUI to capital murder cases. He opened his own practice in 2004 and has been using trial skills learned as a prosecutor to successfully litigate all types of cases. He has tried civil and criminal cases.

In addition to his extensive career practicing law, Mr. Pachowicz has also had a successful career as a professor at Ventura College of Law. He taught Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Introduction to Law, Advanced Trial Practice, and Legal Analysis. Mr. Pachowicz was named professor of the year three times by the Ventura College of Law Student Bar Association.

When not in the office, Mr. Pachowicz plays golf, basketball, and enjoys sitting around a fire pit with family and friends.
